1. What types of toys does ApexPlaying offer? We offer a wide variety of fun and engaging toys for all ages, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your toys are on their way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened toys in original packaging. Opened toys are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your toys safe for children? Yes! All our toys meet or exceed U.S. safety standards (ASTM, CPSIA compliant). We carefully select non-toxic materials, avoid small choking hazards for young children, and prioritize sturdy construction. Always follow age recommendations.

7. How do I care for the toys?

  • Plush toys: Spot clean or machine wash gentle cycle (check label).
  • Plastic & wooden toys: Wipe clean with mild soap and water.
  • Battery-operated toys: Remove batteries when not in use. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
